"I feel that your product is the best available for powdering. We strongly recommend it to ALL of our students, even if they have already received "the other" powder application device. In fact, it is the only device we hook up at the training center, because it is by far the most "low-maintenance" of the devices, especially when it comes to powder care. Thanks for a great product! Instructions: installation

Attach the male quick disconnect to a corresponding female connector that is connected to a 1/4 inch constant air line. In most dental offices, this incoming air pressure will be approximately 80 PSI. Air pressues much less that 80 PSI will lead to clogging of the instrument. If in doubt, more air pressure is better. The air regulator of the Powder Meister® will then reduce this incoming air pressure to precisely the amount that is optimum for ideal powdering.

The Powder Meister® bottle is under pressure when attached to the air supply. Do not attempt to unscrew the nozzle or the powder bottle while connected to the air supply!

An alternate method of connecting to the air-line is to use a handpiece hose attachment. Your CEREC specialist can supply you with this adapter. Since it is very easy to unscrew the male quick disconnect from the Powder Meister® air regulator and replace it with the handpiece hose attachment, a service technician is not required for this installation. It is important to have the drive air adjustment to this handpiece hose opened fully to allow maximum air pressure through.
